按目前最新的REGULATIONS公告表示，新版EEI已出爐，此一版本跟前版不太一樣，光是在標示上就多出二個級距，且此一法規將於2013年9月1日生效，歐盟此舉也同時宣告節能時代來臨。
Article 10
Entry into force and application
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. It shall apply from 1 September 2013, except in the cases listed in Article 9
