這是第8週抽驗的結果, 燈具大多會在電擊危險上過不了, 幾乎所有被公告的不合格品, 超過一半都是電擊危險, 而電擊大多在安規報告中可以看出產品會不會產生這個問題, 也建議廠商在設計階段就可以把距離問題納入開發設計評估中, 若RD產品出來後或產品定案後才發現要調整, 那花費的金錢跟人力可能會嚇人, 如果沒有把守這些問題, 像下列廠商一樣被歐盟公告出來, 損失的商譽跟回收金額會更嚇人的

在我們休年假期間, RAPEX在第6週也再抽出燈具不合格品項, 燈具市場也慢慢由低價低值市場開始重視品質了, 試想, 公司花了一筆研發經費, 投入人力, 物力開發出一款新產品, 但最後在認證過程中又以低於行情費用找實驗室檢測, 如果廠商可以自行判讀實驗室的報告品質也許是好事, 如果無法自行判讀報告品質良劣時, 有可能會像下列廠家一樣, 被抽查到才知道當時送申請CE時出了問題, 以下產品全是有貼CE在歐盟銷售的產品, 所以LED燈廠不得不重視認證品質, 商譽損失遠比認證費用高出太多了

2015來到倒數2週了, 最近小編出差時間有點長, 補上47~50週的抽查不合格名單讓客戶參考, 燈串果不其然這幾週都會抽中, 也因是節慶關係, 但這些不合格的燈串都有起火的風險, 所以如有燈串廠商看到這篇, 應特別注意, 挑選合作單位不能只針對費用來評估, 報告品質也是重要考量之一, 不然, 若發生問題時, 最終損失的還是製造商, 以下案件可以參考, 若有任何問題, 皆可發個mail給小編哦
