•New marking name: Mark of access to the market.
•New marking implementation date: For products certified on and after 27th December 2010.
•Marking Location: On product label (Mandatory), In operating manual (Mandatory), On product packaging (Optional).
•Marking requirement: The new logo will be applicable for all products certified under the Mandatory CoC and Mandatory DoC scheme.
•Notes: Certificates issued before 27th December 2010 will remain valid throughout the validity period. Products certified before 27th December 2010 should continue to use the old GOST-R logo until new certificate is applied for (renewal, updates, etc).

想請教一下，LED 產品,在歐盟被抽查為不合格時, 會有何下場呢? 是下架而已, 還是會罰款? 有相關的處罰條款可參考嗎? ------------------------ 我的產品是太陽能充電到鎳氫電池, 然後由電池供電給LED燈條發亮, 另有1個室內應急充電器，在雨天或日照不足時可用來替代太陽能給電池充電 此產品好像不在應檢範圍，但電子產品歐盟好像都要求也須認證, 那要如何自我宣告?要附甚麼文件呢? 感謝!
