在今年第8週, 小編也從RAPEX上整理出, 輸入歐盟不符合歐盟指令的產品及廠商, 也供各位參考, 歐盟市場各業者兵家必爭之地, 但歐盟政府相信輸歐的產品一定會符合LVD及EMC等相關強制法規/指令要求, 所以在海關並不是採用每批貨櫃皆檢驗, 而是透過RAPEX這種後市場抽查機制來檢驗產品安全及品質

有人問過小編, 為什麼RAPEX會公告這些廠家資料, 小編想....大概是因為歐盟政府已百分之百相信輸歐的產品皆會符合CE要求了, 但若有廠商在產品上貼CE mark但又不符合CE指令要求, 這會造成優質品跟劣資品一起在市場流通, 劣質品也有造成一起事故風險, 所以歐盟才會公告這些資訊, 讓歐盟個成員國及消費者可以注意, 並避免採購到此一產品

There is a risk of touching live parts because:

- it is easy to pull the wires from the lamp-holders,

- the cable insulation is not sufficient and could break

- it is easy to pull the cable from the control unit or the plug,

- the housing of the control unit has low mechanical strength and could break.
